UAE Visa – SHJ Only

• Visa approval is at the sole discretion of immigration authorities.
• Processing takes 3–7 working days from application.
• Visa application fees are non-refundable, including in cases of rejection.

By Bus Visa Change – DXB

• Oman visa approval is strictly dependent on immigration authorities. Processing begins once the application is submitted.
• Estimated processing: 6 hours onward.
• TravelBot Tourism is not liable for offloading due to immigration profiling.
• If the Oman visa is still under process on the scheduled travel date, rebooking expenses will be borne by the client.
• Overstayed passengers are not eligible for B2B packages and must shift to an A2A option. B2B packages are non-refundable.
• Approved Oman visa holders must arrive at the assigned pick-up location on time (details provided after booking).
• Return bus tickets are usually released within 24 hours. If the UAE visa is still in process, the client must shoulder rebooking fees and hotel accommodation.
• Package includes 1-night hotel stay; additional nights due to delays will be charged to the passenger.
• A 40 AED border fee is payable directly to the bus coordinator before departure.

By Bus Visa Change – SHJ

(Same terms as DXB)

• Oman visa approval depends entirely on immigration.
• Processing time: 6 hours onward.
• TravelBot Tourism is not responsible for offloading.
• Rebooking and additional hotel nights will be borne by the client.
• 40 AED border fee payable before departure.

Additional Important Notes:

• Bus ticket, Oman hotel, and Oman visa are strictly non-refundable for missed travel.
• Return bus tickets will be arranged only once the UAE visa is approved.
• Package includes 1 night hotel stay; extra nights cost 30 AED per night.
• Oman visas must be processed 3–5 days prior to exit.
• UAE visa processing begins only after the passenger exits the UAE border.

A2A Visa Change – DXB

• Visa approval is solely at the discretion of immigration authorities.
• Visa application begins after exit, and processing time is 6 hours onward.
• TravelBot Tourism is not liable for deportation due to visa delays.
• Passenger may stay inside the airport for up to 24–48 hours only.
• If authorities require the passenger to leave, the return ticket will be the passenger’s responsibility.
• Overstay penalties must be settled prior to departure.
• ⚠️ A2A packages are non-refundable.

A2A Visa Change – SHJ

(Same conditions as DXB)

• Visa approval solely at immigration discretion.
• Processing begins after exit.
• Allowed airport stay: 24–48 hours.
• A2A package is non-refundable.

Sharjah Security Deposit – Refund Policy

• Security deposits for SHJ visas are mandatory requirements set by Sharjah Immigration.
• Overstay or absconding—even by one day—makes the security deposit non-refundable.
• Refunds can be requested only after the passenger exits the UAE or converts to an employment visa.
• Processing time: 15–45 working days.
• Visa approval does not guarantee entry; TravelBot Tourism is not liable for immigration refusal.

Dubai Security Deposit – Refund Policy

• Security deposits for Dubai visas are required by TravelBot Tourism as the visa sponsor.
• Overstay or absconding makes the security deposit non-refundable.
• Refund processing starts only after the passenger exits the UAE or changes visa status to employment.
• Processing time: 15–45 working days.

Absconding Removal – Terms & Conditions

1. Immigration Authority Decision

• Absconding removal is fully under immigration discretion.
• Overstay fines may be required before removal.

2. Processing Time

•  Estimated 1–2 weeks, depending on immigration procedures.

3. Mandatory Exit & Fines

• Once cleared, the applicant must exit immediately.
• Daily overstay fines apply until exit.

4. Re-Filing of Absconding

• TravelBot Tourism may refile absconding if the applicant overstays again.

5. Fees

• Absconding removal service fees are separate from overstay fines.
• All fines and charges must be fully settled by the client.

Holiday Package – Terms & Conditions

1. All bookings follow the refund and cancellation policies of airlines and hotels.
2. Promo rates are 100% non-refundable.
3. Any amendments or upgrades requested after confirmation will be at the client’s cost.
4. Flight schedules may change; TravelBot Tourism is not responsible for such changes.
5. Rebooking requests must be made at least 3 working days before flight; fees apply.
6. Hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM; check-out is 12:00 PM.
7. Early check-in/late check-out and bed configuration depend entirely on hotel availability.
8. Tours affected by weather will be replaced with an alternative.
9. Immigration decisions regarding exit and entry are final; penalties due to immigration control are the client’s responsibility.
10. TravelBot Tourism is not liable for offloading due to profiling or visa policies.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations after invoice issuance will incur a 15% charge of the booking amount, even if services were not used.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

To request a refund, please complete the refund form via the QR code provided.

1. UAE Visa

• All UAE visas are non-refundable.
• Corrections beyond 24 hours from issuance are non-refundable.
• Unused visas are non-refundable.

2. Air Tickets

• Refunds, rebooking, or cancellations follow airline rules.
• Modification fees are non-refundable.
• Airline refund penalties must be covered by the client.

3. Holidays (Inbound/Outbound)

• No refunds for rejected visas.
• Non-rebookable hotel/services cannot be refunded or credited.
• Hotel refunds depend on partner policies.

4. Transfers & Transportation

• Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
• Requests made 24+ hours before service incur a 50% cancellation fee.

General Guidelines

• All modification, cancellation, and refund requests must be made in writing.
• Refunds apply only to the original payor or passenger.
• Refunds are returned using the original payment method.
• Processing charges are the responsibility of the client.
• A 15% service fee applies to all eligible refunds (except natural disasters).
• Refund claims must be submitted within 12 months or will be forfeited.
• TravelBot Tourism reserves the right to modify this policy.
