TERMS & CONDITIONS
By using TravelBot Tourism’s services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all bookings for flights, hotels, visa applications, and holiday packages.
General Terms
✅Accuracy of Information: Please ensure all passenger details (names, dates of birth, passport information, etc.) are correct at the time of booking. TravelBot Tourism is not responsible for any issues or additional costs resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.
✅Rates and Availability: All prices for flights and packages are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed and ticketed.
✅Third-Party Services: TravelBot Tourism acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other third-party service providers. We are not liable for any issues, cancellations, or changes caused by these providers.
✅Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any flight cancellations, schedule changes, or other issues caused by government restrictions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Visa Application Policies
✅Visa Approval: Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the immigration authorities. TravelBot Tourism processes your application but cannot guarantee approval.
✅Non-Refundable Fees: All visa application fees are non-refundable, even in the event of a visa rejection or denial of entry.
✅Entry to Country: A valid visa does not guarantee entry into the destination country. The final decision rests with immigration officials at the border, and TravelBot Tourism is not responsible for any denial of entry.
✅Sharjah Security Deposit: A security deposit is mandatory for Sharjah visa applications as required by immigration authorities.
- Overstay/Absconding: The security deposit will not be refunded if the individual overstays their visa by even one day or absconds.
- Refunds: The refund request can only be initiated after the individual has exited the country or changed their visa status. Refunds are processed within approximately 15 to 45 working days and will be issued to the original payment method.
Holiday & Package Policies
✅Cancellation & Amendments: Any cancellation or amendment is subject to penalty charges and fare differences. Refer to the specific airline and hotel policies for details.
✅Rebooking: Rebooking requests must be made at least 3 working days before the flight and are subject to availability and airline policies. Rebooking fees will be charged to the client.
✅Hotel Check-in/Check-out: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 and check-out is 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges.
✅Tours: Tour itineraries may be subject to change due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Alternate tour options will be provided.
Bus & Airport-to-Airport (A2A) Visa Change
✅Visa Approval: Oman visa approval is at the sole discretion of immigration authorities. We will apply for your visa and wait for the approval.
✅Processing Time: Visa processing time is approximately 6 hours or more from the time of exit. TravelBot Tourism is not liable for any offloading or delays due to immigration profiling.
✅Overstay/Delays:
- If a visa application is still in process on the travel date, the client is responsible for any rebooking fees.
- Overstay penalties must be paid by the passenger before departure.
- TravelBot Tourism is not liable for deportation due to visa approval delays.
✅Hotel & Bus Tickets: For bus visa changes, hotel bookings are for one night only. Clients are responsible for any additional nights. The usual bus ticket return is within 24 hours. If the UAE visa is still processing, the client is responsible for rebooking their seat.
✅Non-Refundable Packages: Both the Bus Visa Change (B2B) and Airport-to-Airport (A2A) packages are non-refundable.
✅Boarder Fee: A boarder fee of 40 AED must be paid directly to the bus coordinator before departure from Dubai
General Refund Guidelines
✅Written Requests: All modification, cancellation, and refund requests must be submitted to us in writing.
✅Payment & Payor: Refunds will be processed back to the original payor and returned using the original payment method.
✅Processing Fees: You are responsible for any incurred processing charges.
✅Refund Fee: A 15% refund fee is applicable to all eligible refunds, excluding cases of natural disasters.
✅Time Limit: Refund claims must be made within 12 months of the original booking confirmation, or the refund will be forfeited.
✅Policy Changes: This refund policy is subject to modification without prior notice.

TravelBot Tourism will not be liable for any problems or incidents related to bookings that were not made through an authorized TravelBot Tourism employee or accredited partner agent.
